Return policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The total amount of your purchase will be refunded by the same payment method you used when placing the order, card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc..., but never the shipping costs.

You can make a return at any time if your product is defective or does not work up to 1 year from the date of purchase, in this case we will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost to you.To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, please contact our customer service team to process your return.

Shipments

The delivery time of the order depends on the country of destination, normally it is 2 to 4 working days from when it leaves our facilities, excluding weekends and holidays, in the case of being absent, the transport agency will contact with you to make a new delivery attempt.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details, to know at all times the delivery status of your order. Our shipments are made with the courier company GLS Europer, National post office, which is a benchmark in the parcel sector in Europe.
