How do I place an Order?

You can place an order as a guest without registering, although from Naviforce Spain we recommend that you register so that you can access your portal, better manage your orders, as well as obtain new promotions and advantages.

How do I return an item?

In any of the cases, it is essential that the products subject to a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; Otherwise, no refund can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach Naviforce Spain in perfect condition.
If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the requested management.
The time period to exchange or return an item is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

What if i am not at home when the carrier comes?
The courier company has an order to deliver each package as soon as possible. In the case of not being at home during the first delivery, the next day they will make a second delivery and will contact you by phone, if you are not available on the second delivery attempt, you will have to go pick it up at GLS offices closest to your town.

How can i track my order?
We will send a shipping confirmation email with the link to track the order once it has been prepared and leaves the warehouse in accordance with the preparation and shipping deadlines.

About Naviforce Watches
Are the watches water resistant?
Naviforce watches are water resistant up to 3ATM. This means that the watch is suitable for everyday use (for example, it can withstand some accidental drops of water while washing your hands). However, the watch is not suitable for showering, swimming, and other water-related activities. Please note that Naviforce 3ATM watches can also be affected by water vapor and condensation caused by hot environments or conditions. Water damage inside the watch is not covered under warranty.
We also manufacture watches with up to 5ATM and 10ATM. In this case, there would be no problem with water when the watch is submerged. Please look at the product sheet and its technical specifications to find out if your watch is submersible.

What kind of battery do watches use?
The batteries installed in our clocks last between 2 to 3 years depending on the clock model and also on external factors such as outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc. If you want to know the battery model your watch uses, please visit the product page, under product specifications, to see all the specifications of the watch.
What type of movement is used?
